Question 1 : Why are your workshops so expensive? They seem to cost a fair bit more than traditional industry courses.
Answer 1 : There are 2 parts 2 this answer.
First, we recognise that the industry tends to charge less for most courses but they also tend to fill their programs with 50 or more people too. Our courses are much more hands on, in depth and have more personal contact between student and teacher.
Second, we don't aim our courses at 'the industry' we aim them at those who are in the fitness 'profession'... big difference!
Professionals see their education as an investment and expect to pay more to learn the best material. We believe that our material can stand alongside ANY in the world and we're very comfortable charging fees that reflect that.
Question 2 : Are they REPS CEC accredited?
Answer 2 : No, and they may not be.
We respect an recognise the efforts made by REPS to regulate the industry but feel that our path and theirs does not run in the same direction. We may at some future date seek REPS accreditation but given that a 1 day swiss ball course can give someone their CEC's at level three, we feel that pursuing CEC's for our courses are unimportant at this stage.
Question 3 : Is the money back guarantee just 'hot air'?
Answer 3 : No, not at all. We offer money back on EVERY service that any we provide as a matter of course. If you attend and you're not happy, you WILL get your money back.
Besides, it's published on the site so we're legally obligated to make good on my offer.
(We figure the number of dishonest people making a claim will be offset by all of the honest, hardworking trainers anyway)
Question 4 : What other courses and workshops will we be ofering?
Answer 4 : LOADS !
Everything from Neuromuscular therapy to metabolic typing, to lifecoaching, to strength and conditioning to flexibility enhancement to nutritional therapy to client retention to advanced biomechanics for every joint.
This is going to be THE place to come to learn what really works!
Question 5 : What happens if I need to cancel, will I get my money back?
Answer 5 : Well, if you cancel more than 60 days before the course you'll receive your fees back minus a A#100 admin fee. Alternatively, you can carry the full fee forward to another course.
If within 60 days your fees will not be refunded or carried forward to another course. So don't cancel!
Question 6 : I've heard that I can return to future courses for free, is this true?
Answer 6 : Once you've attended a course you will be welcome back to that same course on future occasions as many times as you like without paying any further fees. This is unique in the profession and is designed to encourage you to cement your knowledge and truly learn.
